We love this storage facility. The management worked hard to maintain the RV area to make it easy in and easy out no matter how large your RV was.

This was the worse experience. It’s hard enough and stressful to move and not have your belongings. Then, to find a dead mouse in one unit and damaged property because of a rodent, in another, upgraded storage unit. On top of it all, I was accused of lying about the damage by the manager and I was yelled at and hung up on. Very very unprofessional and I will leave a review on google.

The facility is exceptionally protected and I was very pleased with the customer service i received! I had a terrible experience with another storage location in town, so this was a night and day change for me and it was greatly appreciated. They made sure to call if they had any questions. I even booked my trailer with them for my move out of town which obviously made it that much more convenient for my transition out of my storage unit. Thanks guys!

After losing my father last year we needed a quick and Hassel free facility to store some of his things. This storage company in Pagosa made it easy for me to rent a unit over the phone. Timing was important because we were not had so much time before our friend who helped out had to return home. The ease of access through the gates entrance via the keypad made it easy to come and go on our time schedule. The unit was clean and we'll maintained even in the middle of record snow storms. Thank you so much.

Affordable storage is the best place I’ve ever found. The owners really care. And your stuff is safe. I’ve had five storage units in the last year. And every transaction was perfect.! Tamra is my go to for everything. She is the finest at what she does. And Rick and Cindy know that and take great care of her! You don’t have to worry about your things being damaged or stolen. They have great security! Tamra has gone above and beyond to help me get a storage container several times in an emergency situation. Professional and very personable, ANY business would be thrilled to have Tamra on their team.Thank you Tamra for all your help, kindness and humor! One night last year I needed to get in my storage and there was ice everywhere.. After working on it for a little bit, this is at night, A truck pulled up and said do you need help. The owner’s Jeff and Cindy saw me on their cameras, I think they were just making a check that everything was OK. I told him yes I just need to get in to my storage. That’s when Jeff got out of his truck and helped me clear the ice to get to my container. I would say this was well above and beyond what I signed up for when I got my storage unit. Thank you guys for running a great business and having the best people❤️

Absolutely superb, well-maintained facility! Staff was excellent. One glitch - no way to contact owners or staff with an after hours or weekend emergency. Owner extremely belligerent, rude and discourteous when contact attempted at his home near the facility. Almost terminated yearly rental at thst time.
