This location was perfect!! Made original reservations at Big Blue Sky Storage in Billings they were not open & we waited for 45 minutes, called & they never returned call. Uhaul sent me to Drury Lane location & they were very accommodating & pleasant. I would NOT recommend Big Blue Sky Storage in Billings MT!!

When I went to get the uhaul, the personnel didn't take me to the vehicle. They assumed I knew what I was doing and how to operate the vehicle. They gave me the key and said you seen them as you came in. It's the middle one. And that was it. I would suggest that they take the time to go over the vehicle with the customer and make sure they understand the equipment they are renting.

How about when a customer requests a change of pickup location, not drop off, because one of your dealers doesn’t follow the hours of operation you have on your website, you actually do what the customer wants, instead of making them have to drive 50 miles out of his way to drop off equipment!

The location we originally picked did not have the truck we asked for. While the location is a bit out of the way, customer service was excellent, and everything was very well maintained.

After some confusion on my pick up location, I picked up the car hauler at the original scheduled location. The staff were great, and made my pick up as pleasant as could be. No complaints except the website mix up!
