honor your quote! The Uhual I picked up said my account would be credited the $59.00 extra charge at drop off! My quote was $575.87 my charges are $618.67 which shows $48.02 added to the original quote. I do not know where A and A got the price and discount of 59.00 but I was over charged. The trailer was in good shape except all the winches and trailer stand were nearly frozen in place . I oiled and greased what was not able to be easily moved. The tires were knew and all lights worked. How do i get my money back for the over charge?

Romelus LAbsolutely was impressed by the new hookup equipment on the trailers . Easy connection safety cables not chains and the ball quick release system is much easier and albeit safer to use
