I had to wait 45 mins after my pick up time to get the key for the truck after calling the emergency line. I was unhappy and that location is very unprofessional.

Navigating through the app to get the U-Haul was a challenge. The key was NOT accessible through a word lock, instead it needed a key to get to the key to drive the U-Haul. My reservation was for 7am, we got there by 7:20am and still waited for the dolly and key to the truck until about 8am. That took up some of my rental time.
