Was told I had to drop truck off 30 miles away instead of where I was unloading at...said I would just bring it back to Hope was told couldn't change it then...30 miles I was charged with because of why?

I don’t have anything negative to say about U-Haul. I just don’t like the customer service at this location. Any time I’ve rented a U-haul from this location, I’ve had issues. It’s been with the same guy. He doesn’t like to let the customer talk & he’s rude. I don’t think I’ll go back here again.
