This location is essentially a junk yard. There is hardly room to park the Uhaul equipment. There is fully nowhere to park any other vehicle that you may arrive with. I have made 4 reservations in the last 2 months. 3 times I have had the same unit TT 1441 J. I have submitted notes that the drivers window does not fully close and the vehicle needs wiper blades. Neither repair. has been made.

LISA TWhen I got to the the location they where debating on who was gonna wait on me I reserved a dollies they didn't have one there When I got the truck they didn't pull it out it was tightly between a car and another truck I felt like it was a hole in the driver's floor It was muddy and dirty And my husband followed my up the highway in my car he said there was no driver side turn or break light And I wasn't even given any papers on the car or to say I paid
Loretta TThe location itself was convenient. The staff was amazing. My one complaint, however,was the condition of the truck. The driver side mirrors - top and bottom - were both cracked. I did note this on the intial inspection of the equipment. As I started driving, I realized that the mirror wasn't staying in place. By the time I returned the truck, the mirror had completely fallen off, and I laid it on the front seat. It looks like someone had attempted to epoxy the mirror in place. Very dangerous, as I had to drive the last several miles without a mirror. Not a bad experience with the company, but a scary experience with the truck.

ENNIS KEasy pick up and drop off. Easy instructions, accommodated my needs perfectly. Friendly service, will use again in the future!
ANGIE MStaff was friendly and drop off wqs easy. However, staff did not inspect vehicle with me upon return. I was then charged $19 for four gallons of gas. I had stopped a few miles before drop off and put gas in and made sure it was at the same spot in gage when picked up. I believe this Location is not honest about return conditions.

HEATH RStaff very courteous, had my reservation and reviewed it with me prior to taking vehicle. Vehicle was ready and full of fuel. Vehicle damage was tagged. Overall, vehicle clean other than inside of windshield which was an easy fix.

MICHAEL SBeing it's a large yard area on a backroad that's easily located from where i live it is easy to drop off and has a bright orange Uhaul box on building to drop keys after hours . Only issue is it's crowded parking area is rough to park large trucks if no space since cars wiz past you . Emplpyee was nice and thanked me for dropping off.

WILLIAM STires at 40 on one side and 10 on the other wheel when I got the trailer home. Called the owner and he was partially helpful. I pumped up the tires at home to 60 and then one stayed and the other went to 45 in two hours. Dealer called his rep who was totally unhelpful. But after pumping to 60 the second time it stayed there. Large pain. Otherwise was ok.
ROBERT GIt was the beginning of very bad weather, things were as good as they could be. The gentleman that helps us was very friendly and helpful.

MICHAEL WThis is not against A&E Auto. They were great. The following day I reached out to U-Haul to ask for a donation of a truck to take supplies to North Carolina. Their marketing Co president turned us away. What would it cost U-HAUL, NOT A DAM THING! I worked for U-HAUL this was not an unusual request . I am so glad I left U-HAUL before I had to work for Clay the new MCP. You Sir are a scumbag and I am now a loyal Penske renter. F this marketing Co and you!
debra aThe motorcycle trailer had broken glass and spilled paint in it. So I had to clean it out. The location looked really run down. Trailer was parked in the dirt by the road.

ADAM BAlthough they helped with my load, they did not check my 1 7/8” ball that was loose. The interior of the trailer was clean , but the hitch hardware was rusty and of questionable safety. The trailer made it home , but I was concerned.
Antoine FGreat staff but the location left a LOT to be desired! I thought Google sent me to an abandoned scrap yard. Super busy roadway and there was no safe way to hook up to the trailer without being half way out in the middle of oncoming traffic.
