Man was grumpy and rude. I arrived at 10 am, he told me my reservation was for 11 and there was no truck. After I asked how will i know if the truck will be here at 11? All of a sudden, the truck was parked in the lot as it was when i pulled in the parking lot.
Lori PThe customer service agent was totally. He couldn’t find the reservation of the people before us and we had to wait a lot. When it was our turn, guess what? He couldn’t find our reservation either but I had everything ready for him. He was totally lost with the system. Didn’t explain us anything about tolls and the procedure. Didn’t told me that the return will be self check out. Upon returning the truck, the person was in the office and as soon as we park, he literally tack his truck and left without telling us anything. Ee had to open the app and guide ourselves through the process. The location to leave the truck has no lights so I was tacking those pictures with my flashlight in the other hand. Mud and water everywhere to park the truck… definitely will not recommend.

Richard HI have used U-Haul many times over the past few years. But, by far, this was the worst experience so far. The brand new 26’ truck was beautiful and drove like a champ. The truck only had 400 miles on it when we picked it up. We drove 100+ miles in this truck and had no problems. However, the inside of the truck cab was dirty, with dry tobacco leaves all over the dashboard. The truck was backed up to some very large rocks, was parked in rather deep mud, and was inaccessible to us before we pulled it out onto the roadway. The floor in the back of the truck was dirty, and there was some trash back there as well. Finally, the app and the web version on the U-Haul site were not working properly, so I couldn't check out the truck on my own. Thankfully, the business was open at the time, and they were able to process my pick-up. It seems Neighborhood Dealers are not truly vested in pursuing excellence in their handling of U-Haul property/services.
