Nice and courteous but truck ran extremely rough and was really beat to hell

Flawless and fluid process. I couldn't see an area that could be improved
Edward KProper communication and planning. My pickup time changed 2 diffrent times wasting 6 hrs that I could have used packing a trailer. Was told the pickup client would meet me at trailer for pickup, that never happend. We had to go inside and never received any help for hookup or checking out of vehicle. We had to move 2 other trailers out of the way just for us to get the trailer we needed as well. Misrible experiance overall. I'm amazed this is even a professional company as big as it is for how poorly this went on Uhauls end. I will not be recommending them to any friends or family unless they want there moving experiance twice as stressful as it already is.
SHAWN WPoor parking for Uhaul vehicles. No parking for personal vehicles. Location is basically a junk yard.
