The truck I purchased wasn't there. Had to take what they had because I had paid for movers to be at the loading area. The owner of the store was also about 15 minutes late. Received a smaller truck which forced the loaded to literally cram my stuff into the truck causing damaged to some of my furniture and other items. To top it off because I was late to the destination I was charged another hour for them to unload my stuff. Never again. Wish I could get all my money back.Crystal T.

I was more than satisfied. When I was led to various U-Haul branches during reservation process the in store representatives and online chat assistants were very helpful. The shop is in an area of Greensboro that made me feel not the safest leaving my personal vehicle. The man at the counter was super nice. The vehicle had more scratches and dents then where pictured at pick up but I was not able to take additional pictures to update it and I no sooner pulled out and the oil light came on. I turned around and told the guy at the counter and we put oil in it. The transaction itself was super easy and quick.AMY B.

Make sure workers show up on time. So we can pick up our truck. Also when someone makes a reservation for a certain location don't move them and not inform them of the changes. My overall experience was horrible because I was suppose to get a truck at 8am at a different location and it was downhill from thereLeslie C.

Only redeeming factor was that the customer service representative was able to create a new reservation me on the day I had initially reserved the truck for. Not sure what to do. It was a beauty supply store, very cluttered. After being in the one in Orange City Florida for my pick up, where everything was neat tidy and very professional, I was just not expecting what I walked into. For drop off it was fine, but I wouldn't be comfortable using them for a pick up.Cynthia B.
