Most of the time, no one is in the office. The online presence on a cell phone was challenging and frustrating with multiple identity validations where a credit card and drivers license should be more than enough, especially when that was all that was needed before the application process. I do not plan to use U-Haul in the future. Its just not worth it.

OTHELLO JThe dolly was already unsecured so we were worried about being charged for it. It was dirty inside. The passenger back tire was gouged badly. We were nervous to drive it and couldn't find anyone to report it too.

Lorene MThe self-checkout process was not working at all when I tried to pick up my truck. The facility wasn't open when I arrived so I spent 30 minutes in the parking lot screwing around with it. When the place opened, I had to go inside for assistance. The lady that helped me noted that there were some issues with the system, and even she was having trouble getting me checked out. I appreciate the help that I got, but if I needed to get the truck well outside the facilities hours, I would have been screwed. Not happy with the self checkout.

David BNo comments Customer service not what it used to be. We reserved a 15’ becuz I wanted the smallest truck but with a ramp.29.95 per day plus mileage.. perfect!! Came to pu truck was told 15 not available, the one they had didn’t have windshield wipers?? So switched us to a 20’ and said it would be 39.95 a day plus mileage.. talk about a bait and switch. No offer to give us the 20’ for the 15’ price. Just that that’s the way it is or go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Won’t use this location again.
dan lThe windshield wipes did not work. Location said I did not return the truck and tried to charge me, they tried to say that I returned the uhaul the next day and tried to charge me for not returning the equipment

Richard HPersonnel were very helpful & accommodating even when I had to bump my pick-up date up at least three times. Also helped by contacting corporate office to correct a stated overcharge relative to the price quoted on the original reservation date one month earlier. All was resolved in a matter of minutes. Thank you.
David SMy reservation was transferred to this location. It was the 3rd place I had to go to receive my reservation. I was late and not very happy to say the least. However, the woman at the desk who helped me was very polite and extremely helpful.

Bridgette MThe gas tank on the truck we rented was completely on empty, good thing there was a gas station across the street from the pick-up location. The location also reeked of marijuana, we don't have a problem with that, however, some people may find that to be totally unacceptable.
Robyn CTruck smells of cigarettes smoking. Also it is difficult to get the right location. I thought I was going to pick up the U-Haul from my location but when I called and they told me another location then what I had originally told the clerk for so difficult to get the right location I wish they would fix that
