How U-Haul Reviews WorkToo many steps to take and return the vehicle, not having personnel during normal hrs is very inconvenient. Received the truck dirty and low pressure in one tire like no one reviews the vehicle before it’s rented again.

Jose EDrop off was easy. Again, did mobile drop off. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition (locked). I couldn’t get it out and had to mess with the parking stick just to get it out. I recommend you guys have that looked at. The store was fine. But the key getting locked up every time made my experience very stressful.
