Drop off was easy. Again, did mobile drop off. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition (locked). I couldn’t get it out and had to mess with the parking stick just to get it out. I recommend you guys have that looked at. The store was fine. But the key getting locked up every time made my experience very stressful.

BEVERLY WFor context, We had a dumping of snow Thursday night. (everyone was well aware of it, it wasn't a surprise) We picked up the truck Saturday morning. Here's my problem, your trucks are left outside, so when we picked up the truck there was still about 8" of snow on the winshield and the winshield wipers were frozen to the windshield. It was so inconvinient and had to defrost for awhile before i could even start driving. Now I know there's nothing we can do about snow but how about workers raise windshield wipers before planned snow to avoid situations like this. Or have snow scrappers placed in trucks before a snow storm hits.
