Self drop off parking lot - no people there.
RICHARD NJust make sure that when you hook a trailer up for a client that you plug in the electrical so the brake lights work.
Nathan PMost of the time, no one is in the office. The online presence on a cell phone was challenging and frustrating with multiple identity validations where a credit card and drivers license should be more than enough, especially when that was all that was needed before the application process. I do not plan to use U-Haul in the future. Its just not worth it.
Andre QEverything was perfect. All that was wrong was the passenger headlight was out. Very small problem.
