When I first reached out five years ago a storage unit of the size I needed wasn’t available, however one became available within a few days of my first contact and they immediately called. I have been happy with their responsiveness to my emails, access, and billing system. I no longer need the unit, and cleaned up and checked out, and the office staff was very pleasant.

This was my first time renting from Uhaul and the lady in the office was very helpful and informative. Considering I was moving this was a great experience, will definitely use them again.

Discovered Furniture damage, I.e. rubbed or banged markings on wood pieces. No way to know if it was done in transportation to storage or from storage to new house OR if in loading or unloading.

Very pleased with my storage unit and service. The card on my account expired and they were the ones to reach out to me when it didn’t transact. They weren’t pushy and it was an easy fix. I felt like my belongings were very safe with the key padded gate and multiple cameras present.

I believe I was taken advantage of by I haul for the rate of this equip, the rate was for two days when I only needed/ used the trailer for 5-6hrs not even one day , this package is a racket scheme, I did not ask for two day rental only one but I was force fed this extreme one day rate of 150 dollars , I will be looking elsewhere in the future if uhaul does nothin about this theft of my money . As soon as people get wise to this scheme you will loose money as word gets out..

I was very happy to see that pest control was maintained very well! Most storage places have that issue of rats but for the first time ever all of our stuff was untouched and in the same shape we left it in. Very happy and would use this place again!

I rented there for a long time! It was very convenient and the staff was amazing to work with! I had 2 units most of the time to store my toys! My Harley’s was always safe there! I never worried about security! It’s the only place I would ever store anything!

Best storage units we have ever used. We were treated with utmost courtesy and respect and all questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The facility is top notch and all of the units we rented were reasonably priced, well maintained and available when we needed to access them. The staff is without question, extremely knowledgeable, proficient and efficient in their duties. Can't say enough good things about them or the facility.

This is the cleanest and well maintained storage I have ever seen. One day I neglected to lock the door to my storage unit and during their daily rounds they noticed and called me right away. I would highly recommend AC Lockers for storage needs!!
