Was lied to about location for pick-up. Since my car was broken down I walked an hour to this location. Call center told me to call the 1-800 number, that they couldn't help me. The wait time was 50 something minutes. Service was horrible. Someone at 800-633-6819 finally helped me with this pathetic situation I was put in. The lady that helped me was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. I was to upset. I finally was given the code to the keys to the truck that was sitting there, and was able to do what I had to do. God bless the lady who helped me, if it wasn't for her, I don't know what I would have done.Kathy W.

I paid a cash deposit an it would of been nice to receive a cash deposit back instead of sending a check in the mail that takes 5-7 days. I didnt pay with a check..i didnt want a check back. I would of chose a drop off location that i could of received cash for my deposit. Instead of waiting weeksKeyetta P.

Only downside is Detroit Blvd is a busy 2 lane road making pulling in/out of the location a bit scary. That can't be changed so it's not the businesses fault. Everything else here was perfectEdward F.
Location was not staffed. I had to drop the trailer in the front yard of this location and after calling the contact number she said she would email me confirmation of delivery once she got back there later in the day.Damon B.
