SHARI GI have rented from Pahrump Mini Storage for our event equipment transportation for over 1yr and the location is helpful, friendly and always gives me clean and well maintained box trucks. Very happy with both the property and Uhaul.

WILLIAM MThe ladies at this location were very helpful. I needed to upgrade my rental and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. I even had some packing material that needed to be disposed of when returning the trailer. They said, no worries they would take care of it. I would highly recommend renting from this location.

KATHY BDropped of a tow dolly @ 3:04pm Friday afternoon, now there trying to charge me a afterhours charge because no attendant was on site at the time, BUT i do have phone records to show i spoke with them at 3pm letting them know it was on site this is all after being charged 2 days for a 1 day rental. NEVER AGAIN

I needed my rental for another day, and the ladies in the office made it very easy to add another day I needed to return my rental by 4:30 pm (their closing time) and 1 of the ladies that lived on the property, offered to let me bring it back after this time because I rented a trailer, and it couldn't be left outside the gate. Fortunately, I was able to return it right at 4:30pm, but was very nice that she offered to let me return it after this time so I wouldn't have to come back in the morning by 9am.. Great ladies that work in the Pahrump, NV location. They were courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this location and would use it again! Sincerely, Lori Walters

ROBERT MAgain after just moving across country. I felt like there was no personal empathy for my inconvenience of this truck then was asked to move the truck. They she said never mind. I will never ask for Uhaul for any assistance more will I recommend. Thank you for showing what matters for your business. It is not the people that is for sure.
