Had to wait over 40 minutes for the main U Haul computer system to start functioning. Store called HQ and they were aware of the problem. Otherwise the staff at this location was great.

Daphne SWell. The tire was from 2020. It blew out on my trip and stranded me in my children in 110 degree heat. I had to wait 3 hours for a repair. I am so lucky actual people stopped to help me or it would have been a dire emergency where I would've had to call 911. 110 degree heat , blown tire from 2020. I mean come on uhaul. Do better. I know its pahrump. But damn. Raise the bar. Tires are cheap.
