I was supposed to pick up my trailer in Trenton but had to pick it up in Belleville, a half hour out of my way. Your system would not except my address. That took half hour for him to figure out. Then it would not except my husbands drivers license. After another half hour I asked the guy that was with us if we could use his. Now it's been an hour. The trailer light flasher was not working took more time for him to test it and then replace the wiring. Meantime I was supposed to take pics of the trailer and upload the pics to confirm that everything was ok. After multiple trys it would not except....I was so frustrated I gave my phone to the U-Haul guy and told him to do it. It would not work for him either! I was so pissed by now that I had to leave without confirming the trailer was acceptable. Absolutely terrible!!! The only good thing I can say is that your U-Haul guy was very nice and as frustrated as we were.
