Horrible experience. The person did not have time to calculate my final bill. It was ultimately higher than expected as I was not originally advised that there would be 2 extra days of rental charges ($80), which I would like refunded.

Mary HHaving rented UHaul's my entire life, I wasn not prepared for having to use the new app. I have certainly reserved online, but always dealt with a human being that made sense and was helpful. The app is completely difficult. Each use required multiple restarts and the information was not adequately represented. Watching a video that had little to do with actual experience. Relying on photos in frames on some and not on others. I use uber, lyft, rental car apps effortlessly. This app was a nightmare, and it ultimately misrepresented the fuel I got in with. Half a tank. When's the last time you rented a car with half a tank of gas. And then be asked to return it with the same amount? How is that supposed to work. Add gas. Turn the car on. Turn the car off. Add more gas. Turn the car on. Check the gas gauge. Add more gas. Nope. I need to find another option.
Bryan PThere was a little confusion about my reservation but it got straightened out. There was difficulty downloading my license as well. The store owners were kind and loved the cleanliness of the van.
rochelle lIt wasn’t the locations fault it is Ihaul and it’s ridiculous app. Very disappointed with U-Haul and will never use them again. The app was not working properly and we wasted an hour and half trying to rent the truck at this location. Then the tire monitoring light was on and we were moving from MD to PA and U-Haul’s suggestion was it was probably a faulty sensor. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use U-Haul. Extremely disappointing
