There was a little confusion about my reservation but it got straightened out. There was difficulty downloading my license as well. The store owners were kind and loved the cleanliness of the van.

It wasn’t the locations fault it is Ihaul and it’s ridiculous app. Very disappointed with U-Haul and will never use them again. The app was not working properly and we wasted an hour and half trying to rent the truck at this location. Then the tire monitoring light was on and we were moving from MD to PA and U-Haul’s suggestion was it was probably a faulty sensor. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use U-Haul. Extremely disappointing
