Only problem with rental experience was the car tow dolly, the design is horrible, where the front tires of the car you were towing set onto the dolly, that portion should not be allowed to swivel, but in the design it swivels. Making backing up next to impossibleâ€¦..mark L.

When I returned the six hour rental after two hours nobody was in the office. The door was locked. There was no sign that says we will return at such and such a time, just closed. Put the key in the bill in the slot. The charges were OK so that's not an issue but the customer service was terrible.Mark G.

This was not the original pick up location. The first at Choice furniture, claims that they call and sent a notification at 6am, but nothing was on my phone. We had a confirmation for a 9am pickup. No one showed up until 9:40. Than we found out NO TRUCK was there. 3 people waiting to move our furniture at $20 an hour. Not a way to start off your dayJOHN H.
I had reserved storage space and they were full ??? I drove 1,300 mikes and was told sorry but we cant help you !! I had to show up for 3 appointments to get a hitch put on my car . I would show up and the parts were not there . Your company sucks and after getting fucked received zero help. I spent over $ 1,000 and after taking money pretty much walked away .DWIGHT C.

My problem with this experience was this, when I needed a place to store my uhaul over night there were NO options at all. I drove to the location where I returned the uhaul the previous day and they were closed at 4:40 pm on a Friday even though it said they were open until 5:00. When I called Uhaul to ask where I could keep the trailer over night they connected me with a uhaul dealer and Joe is who I spoke with who was very unprofessional and rude and he told me nobody has ever asked to store a trailer over night with some belongings in the trailer. Joe said the trailer must be empty to take it off my vehicle (which is untrue) he then told me that it is impossible to disconnect the trailer unless it's empty. Joe then hung up on me leaving me with no options other then to leave my vehicle at a hotel and stay there which cost me a lot more money. I had planned on paying $155.00 as quoted but upon checkout I was instructed to call e service about a past due amount from 2014 from when I was rented a van for a company that was supposed to pay for the whole fee. Nobody was aware of the extra fee and we are still unsure what the extra charge was for. This experience has left me in a very hard position and I will never recommend uhaul to anyone and I will never use uhaul services ever again. Your company has no guidance for the employees to do the right thing.Sylvie A.

The person getting the equipment and was doing the paperwork at the counter was rude. We already had been rescheduled to pick up the truck from 2 minutes away to 45 minutes away. We got there and he did not have the moving pads and proceeded to ask why we needed more than a few. Literally asked how many pieces of furniture do I really have! He then sent me to the corporate location of UHaul without verifying to pick up the pads and they had none. They had to have more delivered and three hours later we finally got to get started to pack the truck to move. This was the worse service I have ever had from Uhaul.Tim R.

Not this site but UPS in general- The after hours return was horrible! I went to 2 locations then had to return the next day because the UPS site was not working properly. Due to the inconvenience I went over miles and ended up paying an extra 50 dollars! Ridiculous.RENEE B.

Please make sure the vehicles are working in good condition before you rent it out, I recently rented a truck and after one stop the vehicle broke down and the battery was dead, after not having the site answer the phone, we had to call roadside assistance, although they did awesome for customer service and gave us an extra 2hours.Kayla V.
