You made bringing my sister's things back to NH easy for me during an emotional time and I truly appreciate your help in figuring exactly what I needed to rent, and taking all my calls confirming and changing later....The trailer was great and no problems whatsoever. peggy aI had to sweep dirt out of the back of the trailer. Also it was making noise so I brought it back and was told due to it being empty. Well I filled it and still had the noise. Very annoying the whole trip.
MICHAEL BThe manager was extremely unhelpful. He basically refused to assist with hooking up the trailer, asked if I had someone that could help me. He did not properly secure my vehicle to the auto transport according to the uhaul location I dropped it off at.
