The manager was extremely unhelpful. He basically refused to assist with hooking up the trailer, asked if I had someone that could help me. He did not properly secure my vehicle to the auto transport according to the uhaul location I dropped it off at.

robert bWhen I rented I reserved a dolly which we needed very much to help with our move. After I checked out, I went to look at the truck and make sure the dolly was there. The dolly was not. I asked the agent and got (we don't have dollies ) Why was my reservation taken if they do not have a Dolly. I had everyone at the house ready to start moving, I had no choice at that time except to rent the truck. I then had to put extra mileage on the truck to drive to Lowes and a $120. dolly. I ended up getting to the property over an hour late and had to pay 3 people to sit there for an hour. VERY VERY upsetting and a lot of extra cost..
