The gentleman at this location rented me poor equipment that ended up failing in Georgia. I wanted to look the truck over myself but the guy assured me that All was well, my whole family was being transported with all out furniture from Florida to North Carolina. Thank God U-Hauls roadside assistance got us back and going in 24 hours And I was able to return the truck late and at a more convenient location at no charge so all the people at U-Haul along the way helped tremendously and a special shout out to them all.But The guy at A+ storage that was working May 28th 2026 at 10:00 a.m. That took my reservation and rented me the truck should be fired!

This location was cramped an filled with trucks randomly parked. I accept this as my drop off was on a holiday, but there was no clear direction on where to put equipment and the lot was quite small to move a trailer around in.
Aaron NClerk was rude and not helpful. Truck had trash in it and ac was out
