The truck needs an alignment. Also, when I made my reservation I added 2 furniture Dolly's. When I got to the location, they did not have any and I had to drive the truck, paying for more miles, to another loan farther away to get them. I was already running late that morning due to a couple of issues at the new location we were moving to, and that added an extra half hour to picking up the truck. Is like to be reimbursed for the additional miles I had to pay for on the truck to get the furniture Dolly's I needed.

Helped me find a larger size trailer than what I reserved. The corporate location in Ft. Pierce on US 1 was very helpful in making sure I was safe for the road, even replaced a blown fuse for my trailer hitch and checked tire air pressure in my vehicle.

NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PICKUP LOCATION. HE WAS EXCELLENT. FROM THERE ALL DOWN HILL, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You advertise your trailer as a 6' X 12", but the ramp is only 5', so my UTV would not fit after driving one way 153 miles. so I call Uhaul Customer Service and I believe it was a Ms Richards, but she was excellent, She called and spoke to several people trying to assist me for I was asking to drop the open trailer and pick up an Auto Transport. She got no where, so I asked for a Regional Custusmer Sernice number. I called the number a man answered, I believe Richard, I started telling him my problem and he said something like: Stop right there, i do not want to hear it, you have called my boss and several others and we are not going to help you. I replied, I have only spoke to "one lady", he responded something to the effect "That is not true, that is a lie" and I said don't you dare tell me that I have lied, for I only spoke to one lady. He hung up on me !!! I tried to call him back and he would not answer. So here is where I am. I was driving a new Bentley Bentayga and I am going to charge you a very reasonable $1.00 per mile for 300 miles, plue the cost of the trailer, plus the $100.00 I paid my worked to ride with me. Why ?? because no one told me that it was a local only rental and no one told me that I could not drop it off at another location and pay a fee. And no one told me that you 6 x 12 ft open trailer only has a 5 ft ramp. So I had to drive back 153 miles and then next Tuesday I will have to drive the 300+ mile trip again, because no one at Uhaul would help me, my contact does not disclose anything and your regional rep hung up on me and called me a liar. I will be filing a BBB complaint tomorrow on this and will persue it to the bitter end for no customer should ever be treated that way. Ask the 2 ladies that I spoke too and I know that they will tell you that I was a perfect gentleman.

Ropes left in trailer and not swept out. Insurance is VERY expensive at $70 for 5 days. Did you know your homeowners insurance covers your personal belongs yet We have to pay for the insurance on their trailer which is very expensive at $655 for 5 days!

The app indicated the vehicle ID was on the lower, left hand corner of the truck box - it is actually at the top, bot the bottom. Also - when telling you to look for key "by the front door" - I understood it to mean by the door of the vehicle. Maybe I was tired, but four more words "by the front door of the UHaul building" might have saved me some time... Thanks again. Great manager at that location as well - helped me out that evening when I checked in after hours.

Chris was extremely helpful. Very personable. I have never had a better experience before. Great guy. Great price.

They could tell the customer exactly what they will be spending for the monthly rate before they sign up with the company. On the phone with your representative you get one price and when you walk into the facility they charge you more... over $20 more and don’t tell you until you are at the facility. To me that is considered, “false advertising”. They don’t tell the customer about a lock fee and insurance fee. The prices are very high.

Don't charge me 15 dollars for 2 dollars worth of fucking gas.

The gentleman at the counter was amazing and very nice that morning. However when I called after hours the night before the answering service was a very very rude woman with a heavy accent. I saw other bad reviews about this woman who doesn't work at this location.

Tow equipment was not working properly one of the chains was unable to come loose. The uhual worker attempted to fix it but didn't have the proper tools. He suggested I call the uhual 800 # for assistance or simply use the one available. He explained he only had 1 tow available. The dolly I was charged for wasn't inside the uhual & a random t shirt was in said uhual.

I was given a trailer that was not safe for the trip. It had previous damage on it, that had ben un evenly and poorly welded. A loose tire which in combination with the poor welds cause the trailer to sway the entire trip despite being packed the way Uhual advised. I have multiple item that were damaged due to this. I called uhual while making the trip where they told me when I drop off the trailor it would be serviced. When I dropped it off a Uhual employee told me that the trailer should have never been cleared to use. Then the employee didn't have the tool to prove the statement because other employees had taken them. Overall hands down the worst and scariest experience I have ever had with uhaul my entire life.
