The trailer was filthy inside and the employee never checked the lights to see if the lights worked . 2 neighbors told me that we had no lights and we had to wait until the next morning for him to fix the problem and we lost a day of traveling . Needless to say we were not happy at all.
Bonnie CThis location needs to have more stock in the office like hitch’s adapter plugs from the truck to the trailer would be nice and to have the attendant go outside and walk around the trailer and make sure everything works but I had to go to Lowe’s to get the plug to make the lights work
Al MWow. I was checked out before I entered the office. The man in the office came out, unhooked the trailer, put it where he wanted it, told me my receipt had been emailed and we were done. Couldn't have been easier. Thank you!
PETE NEmployee was not friendly. Did not put the equipment in a feasible spot for pickup. When asked if a vehicle blocking the way out could be moved was told no, to go around the back to get turned around so we could get out.
