Only issue was there was no appliance dolly available. They supplied a utility dolly but it was junk and had to buy an appliance dolly myself

Having a pick up time of 9 then having to through all the steps to pick it costs time of usage that we aren't using it then when we are late returning it by 20 minutes and have to go through the steps of returning it we are late and get a fee. Have people arrive 15 prior to pick up time and allow for 15 minutes overage.
