You can have your computer system functional. I stood for at least 20 minutes until the computer finally took my information.

BRANDI BAlthough the location has a 24 hour drop off the instructions to call a number was never answered. The after hour drop off parking was inadequate.
WILLIAM HWhen I arrived to this location it was around 10:00am on a Friday. The lights were on, the Open sign was displayed on the front door but the door was locked and no one was available to let me in. It was freezing by the way. Someone finally arrives 5-6 minutes later. I was a walk-in. I called prior to arriving the day before and the same day that I arrived to ask questions and get information and no one answered the phone. I waited again for about 15-20 minutes inside because apparently the customer service rep claimed that their computer system had completely changed all of a sudden and wouldn’t allow her to submit my information as a walk in. She had to call around to find out how to complete this task and I even talked to someone over the phone. I had already provided my identification and payment method in store more than once and was asked again over the phone. I am on a time crunch this entire time because I had movers coming and they arrived during all of this. When I provided my information over the phone I was asked to take a picture of my identification through a link and this did not work. I don’t know what happened but eventually I was able to get a reservation. I was told I would get a discount but when I returned the vehicle I received a receipt with a charge for not returning the vehicle through the app which I was not informed of at all. I do not use U-haul often, maybe twice before over the span of 6 years in between those times. The last time that I rented a U-Haul truck was in 2021. This was my very first time doing business with this location. My experience was an inconvenience and I did not feel valued as a customer.
MONET LThe key to the pad lock to lock the equipment in the truck didn’t not match and I was unable to lock the dolly in the truck

Carroll WKeys was left in the wrong box. I had to call customer care to get the code for the other box. And that took time away from me to do. The van was dirty and I couldn’t put it on the onboarding app.

Keisha DI went through so much aggravation, I ordered the van one week prior, two day before everything went down hill, got into numerous fights with your employees, started hollering at me, hung up on me, I called so many places to complain, went back and forth, went to get truck on Friday again told something different, the manager said she would take $50.00 off, she would check on this, the best she could do. I returned truck on Sunday, on time, she only took $25.00. Another lie, Patrick was trying to have a conversation with the other employee, she barely acknowledged him, Patrick has a brain injury and suffered a stroke last month, he like to talk, she rude and ignorant, I told him to stop talking, I will never never rent anything from u haul again, your service is horrible your employees are horrible, I will file a formal complaint against haul, I will never refer u haul to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
