Right mirror would not tighten. Staff did not have a key or tool to fix it. I didn’t find out until I started driving and had to keep pulling over to adjust mirror. Vehicle was very unsafe to drive.

mark mThe guys who handled the transaction were great. The truck was clean. The door had to be pulled hard to close or else I would receive a message that the door was open. The noise in the cab of the UHaul was loud due to a loose seal in either the door or the window. The traction message came on mid trip. Wasn't an issue but wasn't expecting that. My pick up location was changed.
