My experience was great no improvement needed. Ms. Venus helped me and was VERY Pleasant and Knowledgeable. John was great also (I believe that's his name) he's new at this location and was kind and really knows how to handle a golf cart 😂
Katrina RThe guys who handled the transaction were great. The truck was clean. The door had to be pulled hard to close or else I would receive a message that the door was open. The noise in the cab of the UHaul was loud due to a loose seal in either the door or the window. The traction message came on mid trip. Wasn't an issue but wasn't expecting that. My pick up location was changed.
Michael BI will recommend this location to anyone interested. I had no issues at all. Didn’t have to wait, very clean truck and the price was right. Also the personality was so sweet. Yes I will let everyone I come in contact with that’s moving to try this location first. And the greatest part of all I didn’t reserve it but they made a way. I didn’t have to pull out they did it for me. I would’ve given them ten stars if that was an option. God Bless. Any errors please charge it to my head and not my heart. And again God Bless.
