Carroll WKeys was left in the wrong box. I had to call customer care to get the code for the other box. And that took time away from me to do. The van was dirty and I couldn’t put it on the onboarding app.

Keisha DI went through so much aggravation, I ordered the van one week prior, two day before everything went down hill, got into numerous fights with your employees, started hollering at me, hung up on me, I called so many places to complain, went back and forth, went to get truck on Friday again told something different, the manager said she would take $50.00 off, she would check on this, the best she could do. I returned truck on Sunday, on time, she only took $25.00. Another lie, Patrick was trying to have a conversation with the other employee, she barely acknowledged him, Patrick has a brain injury and suffered a stroke last month, he like to talk, she rude and ignorant, I told him to stop talking, I will never never rent anything from u haul again, your service is horrible your employees are horrible, I will file a formal complaint against haul, I will never refer u haul to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alice BThe location has six parking spaces total. I'm not sure what the usual amount of traffic is coming in and out of this location but it is laughably insufficient. As a result of this, some customer of the long term storage attempted to get into an altercation, yelling out of their window while I was trying to leave with a rental truck. Staff at the location are not very helpful and unwilling to work with uHaul to confirm or resolve issues with reservations. I made a reservation for one rate and when I showed up to claim the reservation I was quoted a price almost twice what was originally reserved. Obviously I had no choice but to accept this as the need for the rental truck was time sensitive, I can't just go and find another one last minute without paying 3x the amount from somewhere else, let alone anyone having availability last minute. Currently uHaul is honoring the original reservation and issuing a refund, however it has only been for a partial amount, waiting for the refunding of the insurance that the employee at this location charged even though I told them I had coverage through my driver's insurance: "we can't alter the details of the reservation," except apparently when it costs more in favor of the rental company I guess. I would have serious reservations using uHaul in the future and I certainly would not deal with this specific location ever again for any reason whatsoever.

Hudson LThe truck was wet and smelled like livestock. Make sure the trucks are checked and cleaned before renting to the next customer. Some of my furniture was ruined cause of the leftover snow that melted and the smell.
hassan aMy rental place was fantastic. The young lady at the register was kind and patient, and after I returned the truck at night they called me the next day to let me know I left something in it, which was super nice of them. Definitely recommend!
