There was nothing I founded that needed improvement. The lady at the front desk was pleasant enough and very informative, and explained everything throughly. The truck was clean, the only thing about the Interior part of the truck it was so dark, no lights to see anything. I had a great experience and will be using their services again soon. Truck was not cleaned properly prior to my rental. Sticky soda on floor, passenger seat had dog hair on it. I was expecting it to look like rental car cleanliness. The positive was that gas was full. The app did not work properly you for after hours drop off (not sites fault), but they had an alternate way to allow for proper drop off. Since they are close to home I would give them another shot in the future.Ronald S.

Uhauls website is not equipped for the way they want the 24h pick up to work. This process was messy and full of redundancy. This has nothing to do with the location, just uhaul itselfâ€¦. Upon submitting this review I ran into another runtime error. Point and case.Rachele H.
The pick up location was very helpful regarding this rental. U-Haul directly was not so pleasant. They cancelled my order the day prior to needing my rental. Then wanted to limit the rental time I requested. Luckily the gentleman at the pick up location helped me correct everything and process the rental for what I originally booked it for. The online checking process is horrible. I could not upload any of my pictures without the website crashing or failing to load. When I got the vehicle it was a mile over what was stated but I could not take pictures to prove it. But somehow it let me take pictures to do my online return. Very shady.Jamahl O.

There were multiple trucks in the parking lot that were the same size that I rented. One was parked in a way that was very easy to back out but I was assigned a truck that was very difficult and time consuming to back out. The arrangement of the trucks in the parking lot could have been improved. Also the truck I rented had not been swept by the person before me.Alaina R.

The Clifton Heights location was fantastic. Can't say that about the Woodlyn location. I will NEVER go back there. Clifton accepted Chime; Woodlyn would not, even though I had just recently paid them through Chime the previous month. They wasted 2.5 hrs of my time. You could put the correct amount of gas you had in the van. You said the van had a full tank which I was at least 3-4 gallons away from having. This caused me to over pay by double to fill the tank up to full. Check your vans before you mark how much gas they need and don't make me pay for gas I didn't use to fill up your van.VIRAJ T.

the assistant manager was very unfriendly, rude as well as inconsiderate. he made me feel uncomfortable. to start with the truck was filthy and had issue with brake as it keeps touching ground whenever I put my foot on brake unfortunately i was not informed about that which I found unacceptable. however end of the day I returned truck back clean even though it was given to me very dirty.ASIF U.

They opened on time, right at 9 am, so that was great. I didn't think it was very clear what we needed to do to get the truck because it was behind a closed/locked gate, so we had to go inside even though we selected self service. The person at the counter wasn't very friendly, but we got the information to continue. The van was very clean. Drop off was easier than pick up.Kevin C.

The pick up area is very small unlike other locations. The van looked like it was in a demolition derby. Scratches and dents all over. They were all marked with X's but the entire bvan could have one BIG X on it. The drivers side hub cap was broken off. The engine and air conditioning was good but it looked like crap.FRANCES O.
The woman in the office was rude and condescending. I've used this location twice before and never had this issue. I am a stickler for people who work in customer service, actually liking people and their job, but her attitude and tone of voice was despicable. I didn't even want to engage with her anymore because of how awful she made me feel asking the simplest of questions. Also, I was supposed to have a contact free rental and that did not work out as they had the van behind a locked gate, so I had to go into the office and talk to the woman, who was obviously not having a good morning.
