The location has six parking spaces total. I'm not sure what the usual amount of traffic is coming in and out of this location but it is laughably insufficient. As a result of this, some customer of the long term storage attempted to get into an altercation, yelling out of their window while I was trying to leave with a rental truck. Staff at the location are not very helpful and unwilling to work with uHaul to confirm or resolve issues with reservations. I made a reservation for one rate and when I showed up to claim the reservation I was quoted a price almost twice what was originally reserved. Obviously I had no choice but to accept this as the need for the rental truck was time sensitive, I can't just go and find another one last minute without paying 3x the amount from somewhere else, let alone anyone having availability last minute. Currently uHaul is honoring the original reservation and issuing a refund, however it has only been for a partial amount, waiting for the refunding of the insurance that the employee at this location charged even though I told them I had coverage through my driver's insurance: "we can't alter the details of the reservation," except apparently when it costs more in favor of the rental company I guess. I would have serious reservations using uHaul in the future and I certainly would not deal with this specific location ever again for any reason whatsoever.

My online application process didn't let me verify my Driver's ID with a photo from my smartphone. That additional feature would have made my U-Haul experience a perfect one.

The truck was wet and smelled like livestock. Make sure the trucks are checked and cleaned before renting to the next customer. Some of my furniture was ruined cause of the leftover snow that melted and the smell.

My rental place was fantastic. The young lady at the register was kind and patient, and after I returned the truck at night they called me the next day to let me know I left something in it, which was super nice of them. Definitely recommend!

I was overcharged for fuel. I only drove 4 miles, but was charged for 5 gals of gasoline. I would NOT RECOMMEND this location!!!!!

This location was unaccomodating. They told us they did not have equipment or supplies available when they did. They had an additional dolly on the truck that we didn't notice initially so we rented a dolly and were charged for two dolly's. I am a real estate broker and often rent from Uhaul for some of my clients. I will never use this location again.

I scheduled my 10 foot box truck for an 8am pick up. After arriving and beginning the online chick in I received this message “ Looks like a piece of equipment has not been assigned for this reservation.” Not only was my reservation not ready, but I had to stand in 40 degree weather while on the phone with customer service explaining to me that they don’t understand the issue because everything was fine on their end. After multiple transfers and the agent (not by my request) cancelled my order. The opening employee walks right by me without saying hello or addressing the obvious issue I’m having and waits 30 minutes to let me inside and ask the issue. She was rude and spoke over me while voicing my concerns multiple times and just blamed U-Haul corporate. Later she admitted that the other employees simply didn’t put the keys in the box. I was late for my appointment which caused personal issues and added additional costs. This incident seriously makes me question U-Haul as a company and what training standards they set for their employees. Never go to this location if you must use U-Hauls mediocre service. There’s plenty of other competitors out there that will appreciate your business. 0/ 10

I am not sure what type of scam was going on but I was charged over 1,000 for damage and when I called to get an explanation the lady would not answer my question and told me I damaged the Uhaul. when I called the 800 number I found out that it also happened to the person that had the Uhaul before me and that the damages were already there from a previous claim.

The location is primarily a storage facility and has 4 spots meant for cars and when I dropped off my uhaul after hours, 6 trucks were all competing for those 4 spots. The poor lady inside was overwhelmed because she’s trying to manage a 700 locker business and juggle all trucks coming and going. It’s poorly designed and it affects the customers using the storage area.

The pricing is EXTREMELY MISLEADING my online quote was around $170 before I walked out I was charged closer to $225, n when I returned it I ended being charged over $300!!! I would not have rented a uhaul if I knew. With refillung the gas, I paid well over $350, more than twice my original quote.

When returning rentals especially for small lots, use the vehicle number as a code to bring the vehicles inside the gate. When I returned my cargo van there was no where to park it correctly with 6 trucks taking up all the parking spots

We picked up our rental after business hours and we had to do check-in via the u-haul mobile app. It was one of the worst customer experiences I've been through. In addition to sending photos of my drivers license, we were also forced to send a photo of our apartment lease and the numbers of two additional personal contacts, supoosedly to validate our identify. All of this was while we were standing outside next to our truck in the rental lot. The check-in was nearly an hour long wait, which also ate into our rental time. Will certainly warn anyone I know about how bad my check-in experience was.
