My only complaint was that there was ABSOLUTELY no instructions on how to leave the vehicle after hours… nothing in writing, nothing on the website and nothing when I called the number…that was frustrating, but we got through it.

david sThe man at the desk was very tone rude. I have honestly never rented a U-Haul b4 but needed one to get new furniture from the store to my home. He seemed like he did not like his job at all and was very “arrogant”. He told me that I would have to use the truck that just came from the shop and it has lights on on the dash that he said “don’t worry about”. Then when he asked me about whether or not I wanted the insurance for $15 I said what is it for (bc again I have never rented a u haul b4) he told me that it was for something happened to the truck and I didn’t have it I would b responsible but the sentence before was telling me there was already something wrong w the truck w lights on on the dash! So I just paid for the insurance so I didn’t get stuck w something I didn’t do! If I ever have a need for a u haul in the future, I certainly won’t go back to this location!

Arlene EThe first person I dealt with was very kind and generous. When I advised him, the truck fuel was not what the paper reflected, he changed it on the paper but must have forgotten to add it to the system. When I returned the rich a day early, I refueled it to even more than what was expected, I was still charged $7.88 for gas. I called in and whilst trying to explain to the top, David, he yelled at me and HUNG UP ON ME. I was not rude nor argumentative but he was both of those things and very unprofessional for hanging up the phone. He yelled so lucky, I don't even know what he said. He did reimburse the money but the point of it was, it was not the way a Uhaul rep should represent your business. I called him back to let him know this, but he refused to answer the phone, I left him a voice message saying I'm reporting him and him telling and handing up the phone on me was not the way a customer should be treated. I will NEVER use them again. they are bad for Uhaul business.
Catherine RTruck was beat needs replaced or alot of work. The people who we rented from were GREAT! Very nice and accommodating willing to help out and go out of there way to help you out. Unfortunately the truck that I got was the only one left so sometimes you have to take what you can get I rent a uhaul every week so I'm very confident in saying that the company is great. Destiny WThe U-Haul app is completely broken, I tried multiple times to use it to pick up and later return the truck, it failed over and over. I will NEVER choose the "Use the app" method again. Luckly for me, this location was staffed and able to help me.

SHAWNTAI TDon’t expect to get there at 9:00 am and have a quick exit. I had to wait for the representative to open up the gate, office lights, computer to warm up etc. He should start a half hour earlier or have customers come a half hour later. Other than that he was courteous and efficient. He was clear with instructions for departure and return.
BRUCE SClean the driver cabin, it was dirty and sticky more than normal. Steering/alignment wasn't good.
Andreas KCruise control. Especially for people who drive cars, a moving van is very different from what they are used to. A USB adapter. No one has cigarette lighter adapters anymore, so there is no way to charge the phone (aka the thing we use for directions).

Nancy CEmployee was very rude! Pick up for a 10 ft truck was at 9 a.m. we arrived on time but the employee apparently was just opening. My son greeted him with a pleasant “good morning!” The employee was immediately rude, threw his hand up and stated not now! Seriously??? My son was so taken aback that he was apologizing! This employee didn’t acknowledge me (the customer) at all just walked past me mumbling. We were outside standing in the parking lot at the time. I proceeded to ask this employee if we should follow him into the office, his response was “if you want to”. I will never rent from this location again.
