We reserved the trailer. When we arrived it was ready. No issues, all good.

CHARLES CWorker knowingly gave us a truck that had a failed tire sensor issue, that led to the tire having a blow out on the highway. Luckily nobody was hurt. On the morning of pick up he had the keys before even knowing we were there, when I told him that was the truck we were picking up, he said "I was going to switch it out, but its your problem now" after handing us the keys and immediately walking away. I would never recommend this location to anyone, not with someone working there who could care less about putting someones life in danger and knowing the truck had an issue with it and was too lazy to swap out the vehicle. Do not go here.

Sakiyy BThe initial greeting once I arrived was very offsetting I did not feel welcomed at all. As being a manager in a customer based job setting it's saddens me too see experiences like this. I didn't even receive a hello, the gentleman was very sarcastic and had very poor qualities you'd think one would have at his tenure.

Andrey KTruck was not swept clean upon drop off. There was a little trash in the truck. The individual we meet with to pick up the truck was not the nicest individual that morning. I only noticed a text message hours later from Uhaul about sending a picture of the license. When I attempted to do so the link had expired. We were on the road at that point with limited service so it was kind of confusing since the individual at the pick up location never told us that we needed to do this. Again he wasn't the nicest individual to work with.

DOUGLAS HIt rained and the truck had leaks in the roof of the body and some of my things were wet. Pillows, blankets, boxes, were soaked. My mattress on the one side was soaked. Its supposed to be sealed according to the employee but it wasn't. It wasn't a good experience this time around.
Christopher WGreat service when we picked up and dropped off. Only issue was the van smelled bad when I first got in but leaving the windows open got rid of it quickly. Otherwise, no problem and excellent in-person service.

James CI cannot think of anything that needs improvement. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in ascertaining my needs. It was a huge job and he helped me select the correct size truck for my needs. I will return to A Storage Depot for any future U-Haul needs.

MARY KCables for safety hook are frayed & splintered and need to be sealed coated. I tore a chuck off my hand on both safety hook cables while watching them onto the receiver. Also, the passenger side fender had a big hole in it from (what the person working at Uhaul) a past customer put too big of a vehicle onto it and it melted the plastic fender.

GINO DThe pickup I had reserved was not available; it was not returned when expected. So I had to change my plans a little and rented a cargo van but had to have it back earlier then needed cause it was reserved by another customer the following day. I was able get most of my project completed.

JOSEPH Pi signed paperwork stating the fuel was 1/2 tank. when i started the truck it was well below 1/2 to slightly over 3/8. i drove it to the office and voiced my concern. The agent David came outside, looked at the guage, agreed with me , and changed the paperwork. Great customer service!
