I Really Enjoyed Using U-Haul it was my Very First Time Renting a U-Haul yet For Years Growing Up With Price Club now Named Costco U-Haul Has been one of those Old Tyme Household Names in my Family When Growing Up With a Father Being a General Contractor To Own His Own Business Construction was Seasonal And We Had to Move A lot Just Due to Moving where the Work For my Father Was.. Yet I Just Know My Father Would be Pleased To Know Some Business Stayed Traditional and So Did His Beloved Daughter to Make Sure I Filled up the U-Haul Trucks Tank as If I was Borrowing My Father's Truck to Move my things With! The location and attendant was great. The online check-in process was a disaster. I tried doing it online because the website said it would save me time. It was not made abundantly clear beforehand that I would need two, separate alternate contact persons to verify my eligibility to rent the truck; that uhaul would have to call them individually; and that I'd have to start the process from scratch if one of them didn't know I was listing them as an alternate and didn't pick up the phone right away. It was so stupid, I said forget it and checked in with the attendant at the location instead. He was nice, efficient, and hassle-free. Figure out a better online check-in process.ehaab anis Z.

Truck was dirty inside. During COVID-19 pandemic the website says trucks are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for safety. I don't think that was the case. Inside window was very dirty making it hard to see during sun glare. Pickup on the app was easy though.frank B.

i initially reserved a 26 ft truck over ten days in advance. the day prior to our move, i received a call from uhaul stating that the 26ft could only be picked up at Chino. (way too far) I went to the original location to see if they still had the 26ft truck that i had reserved. they claimed they had just reserved it the hour before. when i angrily explained that i had reserved it 10 days prior, they said the truck could only be used if the truck was returned to their facility so they rented it to someone else. i asked why i wasnt at least called to see if that was a possibility and they just shrugged. i ended up with a 20 ft truck with a round trip and paying for mileage both ways. i also had to enlist additional help with personal trucks with five round trips to pay for. this was the worse service i have ever experienced and i will not use their services again. oh, the 20 ft truck was supposed to have 6 moving blankets inside and there were none.Coleen E.

Steve was most helpful & friendly! He was so patient as we kept coming in & going out to help us with things we were too rushed or naive to understand. The door open alarm was most annoying though, as we had the driver's door open at first contact with the truck... and then getting in-& -out so frequently. Didn't like the bulge from the furniture pads on the wall in the box and the "for rent" dolly taking up floor space. But everything worked out well. So convenient and quick to do our short move task!John L.

Somehow my reservation for a 26' truck was changed and then cancelled without my knowledge. The lock on the back of the truck was broken and was easily opened by simply pulling on it. This was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had with uhaul.Ceasar G.

The truck was given to me on empty. The indicator said it would have 1/4 tank. It took me $40 to fill the tank to where it said it was given to me at. After my trip i put another $20 in for gas to get it to 1/4 tank. I was then told i brought it on Empty and was charged an additional $64. The trucks brakes were horrible and almost caused an accident. I contacted and filed an official complaint and seek my $64 charges to be reimbursed.Lance E.

My review is for the behind the scene people who did this reservation it was my worst experience with Uhaul by far. Did the reservation one day before pick up day, received a confirmation on the time and pick location, the day of the pick up I received a call in the morning saying the location does not have the truck they'ed assign to you after I was already outside ready to pick it up. They assigned another location and I drove again to the updated it location same thing they said we don't have the truck!!!! After driving again to the last location where I picked up the truck from. By that time I had already wasted 3 hours of my day for moving, and I had to pay extra money for the the moving company I got to help with the moving for the three hours I wasted. I'm requesting a refund for my over all unhappy experience.Abdullah F.

So I rented s uhaul truck at this location. The rental agreement said the truck had a quarter tank of gas but it actually had no gas. i should of checked but these rental locations have always been good about the readiness of the truck. i ended getting stranded in the middle of an uphill roadway and had to wait about an hour for someone to bring me gas.Joshua R.

Everything was great, easy transaction. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. Only thing I would recommend is having the associate actually do the walk through with the customer rather than have the customer do the walk through themselves. Once I arrived home and started packing the truck I had notices the blankets and dolly had no green tag that I was told it would have. When checking out the associate had mentioned if the tags are missing we would get charged the fee for using the blankets and dolly. Once I noticed this I called the location and informed them. I was told it was fine and would not be charged. I have not seen the final bill so I'm still not sure if I got charged for it. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely rent a truck from this location again.Javeth V.

Truck was in very poor condition. Major holes punched through the body, steering was terrible and the ride was so rough it was nearly impossible to drive over 40mph. Returning the truck was difficult due to the tight squeeze in drop-off area. This is the 3rd poor experience I've had with U-Haul trucks. There was a slight wait because of the new system implemented by U-haul and the bugs had not been worked out. The attendants were very professional.Allen M.
The steering column is out of alignment. When the vehicle is in the 'Parked' gear the indicator on the speedometer reads just to the left of 'Reverse'. When the vehicle is in reverse it points at neutral, when in neutral it points at drive, when in drive it is pointed at '3'. The breaks need to be replaced because they are extremely squeaky. Vehicle wreaked of cigarette smoke. Inside cab was extremely dusty.William S.
