The gas gauge was not working properly. I was supposed to fill it up at 50% and it didn't update until I was at 100%. I turned the car on and off about 10 times. They didn't refund me anything.

First impression was poor, i went to rent my truck and the door was locked and no one was around for about 5-10 mins. It was 11:15am. She came to the door finally, i returned the truck with the 7/8 that was in it and they said i didn’t and charged me and hung up when i politely disputed over the phone. U-haul stores typically are understaffed and busy so i was excited to come here. But just seems the practice was poor and they are dishonest.

Im sure from time to time the vehicles get inspected by mechanic. But the vehicle i used that day felt as though something was off. It felt like i was driving a boat. it would sway back and fourth. maybe my life and my passengers life was in danger. who knows but it just seemed strange that a vehicle of that size should sway back and fourth, i thank god im a good enough driver to handle the error

Everything is absolutely great! Easy access, close to my home and fast and convenient as opposed to a traditional U-Haul store. I was assisted by Sarah and she was absolutely amazing, she is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call here first next time I need to move anything.

Not telling customers over the phone that the made reservations is not guaranteed is not ok! We planeed on getting the truck by a specific time because we had scheduled movers to come and then last minute to reschedule it all distarted not work, we has more problems because of this reservations than we needed. Would not recommend your service!
