Great customer service
VERONICA TI paid for a dolly that never got. I called several times but nobody answered so I basically paid for something I never used. $19 for 24hrs ended up being $92. Great Uhaul!

Teana WFrustrating U-Haul changed the location and time to 12pm because equipment I reserved was not available at location reserved at. I get to location at 12:10 and it is closed for lunch. Had to wait for almost an hour to get the rental. Sat outside in 103 degree weather. Not happy.
Michael TI reserve a appliance dolly,when I get there they did'nt had it. They give me the $7 rental one and charge me for $12. Not happy with the service.
Karla BWell first the location that i requested in corona at first said yes then after let me know that corona did not have the size truck i was told about. SIDE NOTE, i never was asked what size truck i needed. Then i was told that if i left the truck in corona i would be charged more.. But the only reason why i was getting truck from Pierce location was because after saying yes in corona they said no so had no choice . Then i pay for the miles i drive but im having to drive more miles because i had to bring back truck to the pierce location. I paid over a $100. I feel riped off.... $19.95 is a lie...
Dolly PNothing. The experience was convenient and quick. I would definitely refer this to friends and family.
John ASpeed, the new way of renting out was record speed and that was appreciate it because I have my laborers coming from another gig on their way to my place I beat them by 20 minutes back home with the truck

CLIVE CThe lady at the location initially said they do not have trucks, I believed her, went to the parking lot to call different locations. The guy on the phone said there is indeed an available truck at the exact location I was in. I went back inside the lady was rude, and not knowledgeable with the surrounding area and offered the bare minimum of help. She even talked to another customer about my case to get him to side with her, which was I felt was disrespectful. I will not use this location or recommend it to a friend. I do not think I will use U haul again because of one uncooperative/rude representative of the company. For the next customer, it would be good for your business, if you have representatives who are somewhat knowledgeable of the area, since the field is directly related to geography. It would also be wonderful to have representatives who are professional and truly care about each one who walks in the door. Thanks.

Stacey HThey did not provide me with the items I requested. The check in I found to be very cumbersome and lengthy. And when I called to complain that I had not gotten my furniture Dolly, The person who answered the phone acted as though she really didn't want to help me. Very poor customer service.

WILLIAM BI returned my vehicle the night before it was too be returned. I got a call 36 hrs later wanting to know when I would be returning it. Advised it was returned already. Thankfully when person looked in system saw it was logged as returned. Not sure what happened. Thankfully was not charged a late return.

BRANDI SI Really Enjoyed Using U-Haul it was my Very First Time Renting a U-Haul yet For Years Growing Up With Price Club now Named Costco U-Haul Has been one of those Old Tyme Household Names in my Family When Growing Up With a Father Being a General Contractor To Own His Own Business Construction was Seasonal And We Had to Move A lot Just Due to Moving where the Work For my Father Was.. Yet I Just Know My Father Would be Pleased To Know Some Business Stayed Traditional and So Did His Beloved Daughter to Make Sure I Filled up the U-Haul Trucks Tank as If I was Borrowing My Father's Truck to Move my things With! Thank You so Much U-Haul For at Times Family Passes away Yet it's Great To Know there is an Safe and Healthy Alternative for Those Who Have Lost Our Family Members Thank You U-Haul
