Absolutely the rudest people i have ever encountered.Upon returning the vehicle The lady (owner) failed to acknowledge my Presence or entrance to their facility. When we unloaded the truck and waited inside for our transportation as soon as our daughter walked in with her tablet she said this is a business she will have to turn that off very abruptly. Since no one was saying anything i finally asked for my total Mileage since i paid for More. Again she barely acknowledged my question. I hope we weren't treated badly because of the color of our skin. But when we return to Destin we definitely won't use this facility because of the poor treatment we received.Tiffani D.

The location was fine the truck was fine - The 24/7 pickup was a nightmare. Taking photo of DL and selfie is ridiculous. My hair color is different and I certainly didn't put on makeup and do my hair to move. It must be a man that came up with this idea!Michelle M.

Outstanding customer service! The gentleman that help me check out went overboard to make sure I had the right equipment for my move! I rented a 10 footer and did not realize it had no ramp. So he switched me within minutes to a larger truck that had a ramp so I was very very pleased! The lady that checked me in was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this location if you are moving in Destin!Kirt C.

The App is horrible to use was a huge hassle. I had to to do the check in process twice. You really need to improve the app because it sucks.Douglas T.

Was informed the gas tank was full, but the tank was only 3/4 full. On my contract it stated as such, but to prevent any unnecessary cost for me, I filled the tank up.Maurice M.

Open hours on Saturday we're 9am-1pm. Would be nice to have greater window to return truck without worry of being charged for the whole weekend. I understand there is an app which is a nice option but not always user friendly.Brett R.

I'm reviewing the location based on its condition. It was very inconvenient for me to pick up and drop off at this location but it was the only place that had a cargo van for me to rent. Convenience aside, the location was very clean and well kept.Linda M.

Keep agreed upon times when reserved. I reserved for 5pm, and then got a call from U-Haul saying the agreed upon time wasn't available and it would be 10am the following day before I could pick up a van.Jesse C.

Renting for hurricane relief. Charged so many incidentals. You would've thought that they would've done the neighborly thing and not nit picked. $3.00 for environmental fee? Charged us an extra $16.00 for gas because my husband didn't put enough gas in the truck. Almost $300 to take food and water to folks that have nothing and you saw this as an opportunity to make money. You should be ashamed! The whole experience was terrible. The man was very cold and unfeeling in his demeanor. We are also waiting on insurance policy number for a fender bender and still no answer. Call to customer service... nothing. Call to local people...nothing still waiting. Next time we rent which will be soon for hurricane relief, we will use Budget or PenskeBrenda B.

This truck should have been retired years ago. The brakes pull, the steering is loose so you meander all over the road. If I were to have an accident then you would have come after me. It has not been maintained properly and the windshield hasn't been washed in YEARS! The facility is DEFINETLY not inviting. All you see when you walk in are signs that stipulate what you do NOT get. No refunds. No partial months billing. I would have returned the truck, but this is the only one they had. They are not doing any good for U Haul, and this truck is certainly not doing you any good will. I would be very hard pressed to rent from U Haul again.Gerald W.

The whole entire company was at fault because they send me to three different location before I could get the truck to get my stuff that was my only and biggest problem plus it was little more expensive that I thought it would be tooRajone D.

The online system used to process the rental freezes on the vendors. It added about 20 extra minutes just to have my card processed.Kyle C.
