Gordon CThe after hours pick up was a nightmare! I was in the parking lot for 90 min to pick up the truck. For some reason the app didn't pick up my location and I made 3 calls to the 24/7 hotline. It was incredibly frustrating. Everyone that helped me on the phone was great but this was a nightmare nonetheless.
