Make sure all equipment is available or advise that it's not. I was supposed to have a dolly but didn't receive one
Dominique BThere was no dolly provided that was requested. Also there was a large piece of carpet/run left in the back and was at one point soaked in urine. The smell was horrible. I left the rug/carpet on the property. The location was closed before their posted business hours was just not a good experience.

Angela OBe open and on time had to stand out in the freezing cold for an hour. Second, Fix the ID scanning app, Third, the whole uhaul system was messed up the day we rented a truck for some reason. The app didnt allow us to drop off the vehicle either. Our main issue and the techs issue was the app not working. Huge problem.
