Danielle DFuel tank was empty when I picked it up and barely made it to the gas station.
Carsten HI reserved my truck months ago and requested a newer with lower miles since we were driving so far. The truck we received had 100,000 miles. It did the job so we are grateful for that. We were also shorted on the blankets we ordered. Everything went fine. We just expected a better experience.
Jon Athe alignment on the truck was really off so it was pretty shakey and would veer to the right often without a strong grip on the steering. not safe to drive.
cindy tY’all need to take a rake to the back lot where the trailers are stored. Someone also needs to take a magnet and walk the property. There was tons of nails in the ground.
Shawn DOnce again this location added the $25 safetow charge when I specifically declined it when I booked with the app and again at pickup when I told the guy directly that the last time I rented from here he added the $25 safetow incorrectly so please don’t do that again. He checks you in with his phone standing in the sun struggling to see - unlike most other places where they do it in the office. I have been moving and have rented uhaul trailers at least a dozen times over the past few months from many different locations and this location I have used twice and both times they charged for the safetow when I specifically declined it. UHaul refunded it the first time and I expect it to be refunded again this time but I will not use this location again for this reason. Also this time the trailer had a bunch of dirty moving blankets in it that I discarded because they were filthy.

Boris PI loved 24-7 check in. The dirt lot that the trucks are parked is hard to find by gps and hard to drive on. Car had warning lights on and was very low on gas when I went to rent it. Interior was heavily lived in.
Maria RThis place is a scam and I will be seeking repayment. I drove from A-Tex towing to the Pearl Lantana apartments (4 miles). From Pearl Lantana to Extra Space storage off Boston lane in Austin (3 miles) and from there back to A-Tex towing (less than 2 miles). They charged me for over 350 miles and I drove less than 20 total. If I do not hear back from management or someone from U-Haul I will be reporting this to the proper authority.

Anthony LI was charged $680.99 for a trailer I did not take to Texas. I haven't been to Texas since 2002 when I joined the Air Force. I have tried to get this charge removed and have been unsuccessful. Please help me get this refunded.
Tyler JI was not able to check in with my phone. The truck I was assigned was not supposed to be taken off the lot. The gas tank was completely empty. The truck performed fine on the journey.
DAVID SThe location felt very unsafe. There were Trump flags hanging everywhere and political signs. The owner made me and my daughter very uncomfortable by making comments about our appearance. He was also very rude and cursed at one of the workers. I would not use again.
Chantel BGave me an older truck for a 2000-mile one-way rental that broke a few hundred miles after leaving Austin- caused me to have to unload and reload into another truck (losing a day and causing no end of frustration).
Scott BIt was super easy to figure out and maneuver. It was my first time driving something this big and it was fun. I really enjoyed it. Coming from a female driver…it’s safe to say I didn’t wreck OR hit any curbs. So women, we CAN do it. That is all. Stay safe everyone ✌️

Gloria AI did not received the items I paid for. This includes pads/blankets and boxes dolly. I only received the appliances dolly and the truck and even a working lock to close the truck once loaded. I want a refund for the stuff I did not received. Thanks
Jesus R- We did not get the dollies we rented. - No one informed us ahead of time that it would be an issue. Had we known we would have never picked it up. - U-haul sent us to two locations For them, not having any dollies at all, we decided to just return the truck less than an hour after we picked it up. - We have had to move our moving date to Monday because of U-Haul.

YAHYA KThe signage could be much improved. The location is incredibly hard to find on a busy road. There are a ton of nails and screws on the ground at this location which isn’t great. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly though.

Lewis FWasn’t open when I arrived. The truck was filthy. The lady that finally arrived was very rude to both me and people calling on the phone. A bad reflection on U-Haul for sure.
MICHAEL WThey probably shouldn’t be allowed to continue renting Uhauls. The truck I was assigned for pickup was in a junk yard broken down. When I asked for help from the employee, she had no idea what was going on. U-Haul customer service was able to get me assigned to a new truck and it was disgusting inside, which I didn’t realize until after filling out the intake so when I reported it at the end I was charged a fee. They didn’t have the dolly’s I ordered but I was still charged for them. 0/10 will not recommend ever.
Bethany KThe Uhaul was clean and in decent shape. The operators at the location were friendly and helpful. The uhaul could not have been well maintained though because it died on us luckily after we got to our destination. We were stuck waiting on a service member to come try to jump it only to realize it was not the batteries and that we would need to be towed back to the drop off location. Despite the location being a tow yard, we were not able to get in touch with them directly to come pick up their vehicle. Things happen but when they do, it should be made right and at no time did anyone try to make it right. We were charged for mileage and rental rate despite half of the miles, the vehicle was being towed.

I was charged up front a different price from the app, and when I turned in my rental it asked if I wanted to be charged again the original price of $55 vs the $104 I was charged on site. I don't understand the big discrepancy and would like some feedback on why that is.
CHRIS HOvercharged me for refueling. I drove 23 miles and did not refuel and was charged 5 gallons of overage. I drove a single couch for 11 miles, otherwise it was empty. The gas mileage isn’t 4-5mpg, it’s twice that. So no, I wouldn’t go here again.
Jamieson KWas not happy because my rental reservation was set up at 9:45 and our track was not ready until 10:20. However, the staff there were very professional and kind.
Clarissa JNobody was at the office at the scheduled pickup time. It took over 30 minutes for somebody to show up from the towing business. Checkout was slow and fuel was incorrectly annotated. Also, this was a location farther than the one we reserved. Later, we were 2 miles over the mileage - caused by uhaul changing location.

William AI asked who I could do the return check-in process and was told I needed to do it online. I know nothing about how to use the online process. I tried this when I got home and then realized I needed to be at the return location to do the check out online. I had to make more phone calls to get that addressed.
Jim RThe lock was difficult to remove. We felt unsafe in the area. There’s no lights there and we saw a huge rat. You might here me screaming if the conversation with the rep was recorded
