U Haul says location opens at 8. Showed up at 8 was told guy doesn’t get there until 9. I specifically did not want to do the app for check in but was forced to. Ordered two furniture dollies. The location did not have them. Was told to go to another location and they would give me dollies. Went there and they wouldn’t give me dollies. Wasted 40 minutes and 12 miles of my rental time doing this. Had to rent them at Home Depot. Was moving by myself to dollies were not optional.

I reserved for pickup at 4:30 pm on July 03 at A-Tex Towing. I was told by a customer agent on phone that this location would be open until 5 pm. I reached the location at 4:35 pm. There was no one at the location and there was a “we will be back” sign. I realized that no one was going to return and help me check in. I was able to check in using the U haul app but it was definitely an inconvenience. I hope we will be communicated with the right location timings in the future.
