It was slow to pick up vehicle and trailer had to be cleaned while we waited. Could have been a better experience if trailer was already cleaned snd pulled up for us

I did not have the things I requested (like the furniture cloth). there were no directions of where to park or where to find the van. i was looking around for a while before I found it. Needs more instruction. The photos wouldn't load for the checking in process. Did not come will a full tank of gass.
