I had a few add ins - furniture dolly, furniture pads, etc and none were in the truck. I also had to wait 45 min on hold with someone because the app wouldn't let me see the code for the key.

I would encourage the next customer to rent a U-Haul at another location or encourage this U-Haul location update their hours on Google and other platforms with when they’re actually in office. I selected in-person pick up for 8AM and there wasn’t anyone there when I arrived. I tried calling their number (A-Tex Towing) and they were unhelpful and told me to call U-Hail Support. U-Haul support then had to get in touch with someone from this U-Haul location to get them to come give the keys. I received the keys over an hour after my requested pick up time. When I came back after using the U-Haul (well within the window Google says this location is open) no one was there again. There were multiple people having issue with the fact they were not present to help with their reservations. Meaning multiple people had to reach out to U-Haul support for help. When the individual did come to help in the morning, they were nice about it, but considering I had movers coming at a specific time, all of the runaround was unacceptable.

TYLER RWe reserved a dolly for this rental 3 weeks before our move. Got the truck but no dolly. Called Uhaul and was informed that I could look for a dolly at another location. Well no Uhaul near me even had a dolly available. Very irritating because without a dolly, we had the pay the loaders more since we couldn’t move boxes ourselves. If you reserve a dolly, then you should get a dolly. Especially with advance notice.
Deidra HThey wrote down the wrong mileage on return and charged me over $85 more, I tried calling them and nobody answers phone I drove 5 miles to best buy and back and they charged me that much!!
