The experience was great, but I won't be coming back. The price for just a couple hours is not worth it.Alicia V.
The sales clerk was put off that I didn't need or want the insurance and got a little attitude about it saying if you drop it off without insurance they are going to charge you for everything. I had talked to my insurance company at length to ensure I was covered even for roadside assistance, maybe I personally keep better than average coverage, but I didn't need U-Haul insurance and didn't appreciate the attitude. So I took a video of the entire truck inside and out before I left the parking lot. When I got home I took pictures of top of truck out of my homes elevated vantage point, which I was unable to see at pickup. This attitude gave me pause in dealing with a company that would possibly try to take advantage of me just because I didn't purchase their insurance. I am going to give the clerk the benefit of the doubt and say she was just trying to look out for me as most people probably don't carry my type of insurance or do due diligence before they rent. That being said in the check out process there was only one spot that said report damage. But there was no damage that I caused, so I said â€œnoâ€. But the clerk said their was a place on the website to upload pictures of damage that was apparent at pickup, I could never find such an option before drop-off. So I would suggest you make that option a little more prominent or visible, if it exists.Lisa M.

The staff deserves kudos. Furniture move that started off badly earlier in week and finally shifted to todayâ€”really makes me regret not having started with them. This was probably our best truck rental experience because of the staff. (Haha on moving furniture, not so much...but that's another story) Two things I'd suggest is to explain the tow/haul feature and when it needs to be used as part of pick up process. When I was empty, there was a big drag on transmission. I stopped called store, they explained it to me and all was good. And, a step on the cab on both drivers and passengers sidesâ€”or another handgrip by headrests on seats to make it easier in and out for those of us a little shorter.TRUDY R.
Extremely poor customer service. I have been overcharged three times at this location and currently, I am short an additional $100 because of an error made by the person checking me out. The person's attitude was that it wasn't their problem. Despicable business practices.Jeffrey T.

Be careful when you rent a uhaul at 8:00 a.m. for the day. They will call you like 6 hours later and say they rented the truck to someone else and you have to have it back by 3:00 or they are going to charge you for an extra day. Sure enough I got the bill and there was an extra charge of a day on there. They are a scam by trying to rent the same truck out twice in one day and if you don't return it within 6 hours they will charge you for two days. Who can load a truck with 5 bedrooms, drive and unload it in 6 hours. If you pay for the day you should get it for the day. Stay away from them.Curtis K.

The location is great, the cell phone covid19 process is a tremendous headache. Also, I was sure your instructions said the truck ID numbers were located on the left at the bottom, which is where I spent way too much time looking, only to discover the number located on the right at the top.Jeffrey N.

The interior of the van that we rented did not look clean when we picked it up. Also we did not look over the outside with the person to make sure that there were no scratches/dents that we could be responsible.
