I was charged for gas even though I filled up the tank at the gas station next door EXACTLY to the same level it was at when I picked it up!!! The store & staff looked crummy too

Truck was very old....crank windows, ash trays...cab was not all that comfortable for my round trip to columbia mo. The woman who attended to getting me checked in and then also on the return was kind courteous and accomodating, an asset to your company.
