Thomas MI came back with 1/18 of a tank as opposed to 1/4 of a tank of gas. I requested that I not get charged because there was something messed up with the gas tank. When filling it with gas, it would only take 0.1 gallon before shutting off the pump handle = a 10-15 minute gas fill up at each stop. I tried different gas stations and techniques but this problem persisted for the duration of my trip. The folks there said it was up to UHaul to determine the extra $64.50 my credit card was charged. I thought that was not fare due to the inconvenience during my trip. So, ya, a bit disappointed. Contract Number: 24750187 ()
