Great service & location!
James MAbout an easy of a drop off as I’ve ever had. However, after leaving I remembered that I forgot my water bottle. I called the location and asked if they could check the truck. She put me on hold for a few moments but then told me it wasn’t in there. I told her that there is a tracking device in the bottle and that it shows it still there at that location. She then put me on hold again and said that there wasn’t anything like that in the lost and found. I then came back up there, walked up to where I left the truck, got in and whala, water bottle on the middle seat. I went into the store and showed her I found the bottle and thanked her for checking.

NAthan WIf you offer equipment, either make sure it is available or notify the customer if it isn't. Hand trucks can be essential to a move.

ROBERT JThe rental location and truck I rented were excellent. I had a problem with the self check-in in the U-Haul app, which was not a fault of the location.
JEFFREY WMy first drop off location would not accept the truck (even after I confirmed the drop off with a call from UHaul) and sent me across town to another location. This location took the truck but I was a distraction to their normal business and seemed like a bother to them.
MICHAEL HAmazing customer service, they really went above and beyond to help with my trailer reservation.

MELVIN BContract stated that the truck was full of gas. I only drove about 15 miles and ended up putting over 6 gallons of gas in the truck to bring it back to full. Otherwise, everything worked well with this truck.

MICHAEL BThe location was excellent, the staff there were very professional and accommodating, and the truck was clean. The problem is with the electronic check-in. I spent over 45 minutes trying to complete all the steps, and the U-Haul app was not cooperating. Specifically, I had to upload my license 3 times because the app wouldn’t allow my camera to focus properly, which made the letters and numbers blurry and U-Haul rejected it. Then once we got that done, and I was at the truck, the app forced me to take pictures of the truck, but rejected every single one of them. I took over a dozen of them and none saved in the app. So I eventually just left with the truck without completing the check-in process. The app is a great idea but absolutely horrible execution and client experience. Terrible.

NICHOLAS MI picked this location because of the many high ratings, even though another location may have been closer. I was not disappointed. I called the office with a couple of questions, and they were extremely courteous and helpful. Also checking the vehicle back in was the same. Great customer service. Common sense customer service, which is not always a given at places anymore, but exists here. Highly recommended.
