it was the gentleman's 1st time renting the u-hauls. He was very calm, patient and figured it out quickly. I would definitely rent from them again. Everything went quickly and smooth.

This has nothing to do with this location but with uhaul itself: there were so many changes. And then when we went to look up where to bring the trailer back, our return place got changed somehow and screwed us over. We had a specific time schedule to keep and ended up having to drive 50 minutes to return it rather than 12. Yeah we will be talking soon.
Andrea Hthe only negative feedback would be, my appointment for pick up was 10am, which is when the business opened, it opened at 10:2am and i didn't leave until after 11am.
