They were very helpful. I actually rented the Uhaul from them but had to go to 1418 Easton Rd, which was a nightmare. I had originally asked for a one way and had to change. I called them and they were extremely helpful. Complete opposite of the people at my pick-up location.Francis M.

There are no signs telling you where to go to pickup the rental or where the office is. The personal were very nice, but it was not a very nice place for a lone woman to go to. I was given a key and told the van was parked out on the street. There were multiple vans and I didn't know how to identify my rental. I did find it unaided by trying the key in each van door until one unlocked. The van was having a problem which may have been a short in the electrical system. I don't think this location typically is a pick-up spot for U-Haul. Generally, the truck was clean, but had a bad odor. Also, they made me fill up the truck with gas.Patrick D.

Try to have all reserved equipment in the same place...not 25 miles away...and then expect the renter to just drive that extra 50mi RT and pay gas. Don't give the excuse that â€œit's just the way uhaul does it...â€ â€˜cause that's super dumb. You don't go to one chain restaurant with your reservation for two and then be told to go across town because they're out of tables. Also don't forget the easy things like blankets and dollies (cause that was another trip out of the way). Nothing else better to do during a big move!Melissa M.

Through no fault of the owner, he was not available at our pick up time due to dealing with the aftermath of a job with his main business. Upon arrival, he was great and he did apologize. Also we did not want this pick up location. We selected one closer to where we were picking up furniture and when we got the confirmation two days before, the location was changed by UHaul.Robert C.

When I arranged for the rental at the Horsham, PA location, I spoke with William and he quoted me the price of the truck rental. I asked him if there any other charges and he said only a $5.00 environmental fee. NO OTHER FEES. Well when I picked up the rental at the Warminster, PA location he added sales tax and a motor vehicle tax ($10.00). I asked him about this and he said everyone pays theses fees. NOW, my main complaints - your U-Haul agent (Will) opened the office door and pointed to my rental. He did not take me to it, nor did he tell me or explain to me the towing feature of this truck. I did not know anything about the towing as I was not towing anything. When I opened the door I saw peanuts and trash on the floor. I went home with the truck and cleaned up the passenger area. Driving the truck I noticed that it was very sluggish, slow to respond and very bad on gas (15 mpg). The transmission whined at high speeds and on slight inclines, the truck reacted very slow. When I returned the vehicle in Florida, I told this agent about my bad experiences with the truck. He told me that the truck is always in towing mode, you have to turn it off and this will improve the ride if you are not towing anything (which I was not). Because of the lack of information from the rental pickup location I spent much more money in gas than I should have. I would never recommend them to anyone.larry A.

I reserved this trailer @ 8am in Feasterville. Received a text that the trailer would be available @12 in Bristol. When I go to Bristol, the trailer was in Warminster, I spend an hour driving around to get the trailer. REALLY POOR customer service and communication from U-Haul. No issues with A to Z.Brian T.

This is a service center for auto repairs and a uhaul pick up as well. The office is tiny space the of the auto repair shop, It's been in business for many years and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years which is fine for an auto repair shop but not up to the standards of a Uhaul rental center or stowaway storage center just a few miles away, The haul rep told me the day before on the telephone I could pick up the truck at 9am. He arrived at 9:15 so I had to stand around in a cramped messy office while the mechanics ate their breakfast and could not help get me on my way as it's not their job. Then when I got to the truck, the inside cab was dirty on the floor. The rep wanted to take time and clean it but I was already late so I told him it was fine the way it was and left. I am an auctioneer who rent trucks 3 times a year. I found this site to be inferior to the center on Easton rd or Stowaway Storage on Jacksonville rd. I also find it annoying that when I order a truck weeks before I need it, most of the time I have to pick it up on Easton Rd which is further from my home. Stowaway Storage is right around the corner from where I live. The rep I dealt with for this reservation at A to Z told me when I mentioned I would have rather picked it up at Stowaway told me he is punishing them and is not giving them 10ft trucks for now. Very annoying to be told the reason I couldn't pick it up where I ordered it because of such a petty reason. I have never written a review of my Uhaul experience before because it's always been the service I expected. This time it wasn't.Andi C.

The gentleman renting me the vehicle seemed easily confused by the rental computer and took over an hour to prepare rental agreement. The vehicle was in poor condition. 100,000 plus miles, scratches and dents over entire vehicle, shocks were worn out and rode very rough, when accelerating Air Conditioning ceased to function, poor gas mileage, dog house gasket worn out allowing fumes and heat into cab, and then last but not least the rental was $2800 plus for an 850 mile trip. Unless some of these things are rectified I would not be compelled to recommend U Haul to anyone in the near future. Brian PophamBRIAN P.

The truck was excellent. Clean and new. Paperwork was handled efficient and fast which wÃ s great. Only issue jwas they did not rent blankets, dollies or have twine etc . There was nothing there to make the move easier. I rented a smaller 10 footer and there was no hand truck. There is more to moving than just renting a truck.Steven H F.

I am extremely upset that I paid under $100 to rent a van from Warminster, PA to Cherry Hill, NJ. The website did not say anything about mileage, or one-way vs. round-trip rental. Nor did the person from whom I rented the van. At this point, I cannot recommend U-Haul and would like a response to these outrageous costs and non-representation. I signed up on-line for speedy check-in - gave my drivers license and credit card information. But still had to go through all of that again when I rented the van. I hope to hear from someone at U-Haul regarding this rental.marie C.
U-haul changed my pick up location from one that was 5 minutes away to one that was 45 minutes away the day prior to my move. The u-haul customer service line was unhelpful and inconsiderate. I would never recommend anyone use U-haul based on this experience.ETHAN R.

Dealing with this location was a nightmare. The man who took my reservation couldn't even use his own keyboard, I had to type in some of the information. He gave me the amount of $140.00 total, which is what's on my receipt. Because I'm on a very tight budget, I asked him if there would be any other charges, he said definitely no. I then offered to pay, in cash, and he said his boss wouldn't allow that. He said I could pay when I drop off the truck in Sellersville. The day that I picked up the truck he, after a long time, printed me a receipt in the amount of $174.80. I told him that he had told me the total wouldn't be more than the $140.00 that's on my original receipt. He said to deal with that when I drop the truck off. He also marked the tank level at 5/8. My son-in-law, who is a trucker, and who was driving said that the guage read 1.7.CHRISTINE M.

The service at both locations was fine. The only issue we have is that the location we chose was 20 miles away from where we needed the van, and then we were charged $11 for going 27 miles over our allowance. It's annoying that we spent 2 hours of time travelling through heavy traffic when we passed several larger Uhaul locations getting to the site that Uhaul sent us to. I think we would not use Uhaul again if a vehicle wasn't more conveniently located for pick-up. We reserved the vehicle at Montgomeryville and were sent to Warminster instead.JOHN V.
The mileage estimation was low and we explained why it wasn't realistic because of the distance from the pick-up to our destination in Hatboro, AND the distance from our home in Danville to the drop off in Bloomsburg. It still wasn't changed. We were charged extra because of this. Not much $ but it was a little irritating. ALSO, we were supposed to leave with a 1/2 tank and it was only 1/3 full, saving A-Z money and costing us more. I should have asked if the gas gauge was right before I left, assuming it was off a little bit but that it was "no big deal".The reception point understandably expected 1/2 tank as was stated in the contract. I was told on the phone when i ordered the truck that it would be $119 and it ended up being $140. Again, not lots of $ but irritating to be "nickled and dimed" with little surprises. I operate under an assumption of trust, but now know I should operate under "let the buyer beware" working with U-Haul on the phone!HARRY W.
