Uhaul needs to have a flat rate nation wide. I rented a 26ft uhaul in October to go to Idaho and it was 2200$. I rented a 15ft uhaul this time to make the same trip back to Texas and it was 2300$. It's way too pricey for families to spend that much, when going the other way it's half the price!Keisha M.

Did after hours drop off. Locked doors. Dropped keys in after hours key box. Forgot phone in uhaul. Roadside assistance wasn't helpful with a 45 min wait til someone would even get on the phone. Paid for a lock out at out of pocket expense. Irritating.Tina B.
Even though I have a contract that lists Ponderay as my drop off destination the employee here refused to except my trailer return. Per contract I am obligated to return my rental equipment to my drop off destination in the same condition in which I received it And I fulfilled my end of the bargain. I am not a Uhaul employee and I am not going to shuttle Uhaul equipment for hundreds of miles around at my own expense. I believe I am entitled to compensation for the ridiculous treatment I received U-Haul.Timothy M.

Drop off location was satisfactory, however, the app/links/automation needs work. This is the second time I've dropped off after hours and the online checkin/drop off doesn't work because the software cannot determine my location. I'm acutely aware of all the functions of my device and use it a lot, especially for navigation. All of the functions are enabled to release my devices location . I can manually input my address, or even lat/long but noâ€¦ the site cannot complete the check in because the program can't determine my location and THERE ARE NO OTHER MEANS past the issue. Seems that it would be simple to program the option to manually input the drop off location being there are locations with minimal cellular signal.Cody B.

No issues with this location. Quick, friendly service with help doing a slight modification to my reservation. My only criticism of the whole process is that the pickup location I was originally given was changed & luckily I looked ahead of time. I know I would have received a phone call the evening before, but that's a little late for a change like that. The new location was out of our way, as well, although not too far.Barbara L.
U-Haul hard copy order stated return was to be in Sandpoint, ID area (correct), whereas 800 service number said return was to be back in Spokane (wrong). No reflection on A to Z in ID - just general commentary on U-HAUL experience. Better equipment selection in ID, although return was after hours.GERALD M.

Very frustrated... we were told the Uhaul and car trailer we rented would be available in Spokane but in less than 24 hours we were called and told none available!! And then we had to drive 120 miles to pick up and with no apology or reimbursement for the gas.Darrell P.

Guarantee that the equipment will be available for the dates its reserved. Our original reservation was made more than a month in advance and then two nights before we were scheduled to pick it up we were told it would be unavailable. The customer service agent (not A to Z Rentals) was not helpful and did not offer us a reasonable solution. A to Z Rentals was very helpful and rectified the situation.David B.
Either: 1.) Get them a vehicle closer to where they thought they would be picking one up. I would recommend within a 20 minute drive or 2.) At least compensate them for an egregious inconvenience beyond a simple $50 credit that barely covers gas.Zachary Y.
