I have recently rented 5 different uhaul vehicles, and returned to this location, the people have been excellent, but yesterday the individual there was literally a jerk from the minute I interacted with him. He was apparently having a moment and intended to continue being an ass during the entire interaction. Zero stars for him.

THOMAS TEasy pick up process, the staff is friendly
JONATHAN JI had my pick up scheduled at a particular location that was closest to my house. When I got there, my reservation had been moved to a different dealership in town. When I picked up the truck, the cab is filthy. It had somebody else’s dog slobber and snot all over everything and the windows and there was dog hair everywhere And debris on the floor. .

Norman OI would recommend improvement on the 24 hour pickup option. If the location is closed, the process of getting access to the truck key is not easy. Especially for somebody that is not super tech savvy. I ran into an issue with checkout because I was the driver but my mom was the person that rented/paid for the truck. The payment checkout didn't allow me to finish due to my signature not being accepted on her card. Perhaps a pre-check (similar to the TAS pre-check) could be added so people don't have to struggle in the dark to do everything the day of. It would also be nice to have payment taken care of ahead of time rather than being charged at the time of pick up.

PATRICK RGet your act together. If you rent a vehicle at one location don't send people to another, and when people select a drop off location have that space honor that decision.

LELAND DNot on the rental place but U-Haul app should include rentals from all locations so that you can pick one up locally. They tried to send me an hour away when there was the trailer I wanted right here in town.

Jeffrey DMake the online consistent with the in office experience. Make sure agents in office are well trained about cost. Only run trucks that are in conditions that would represent some form of pride of ownership for U-Haul's fleet. Make sure cabs are clean and seatbelts are in good running order. Do not overcharge miles and refund unused days as promised.

Leif OThe truck was dirty, brakes squeaky, it didn't accelerate to higher speeds without great difficulty. The trailer tire had a big gash I'm it when it was rented to us so it eventually blew out on our out of state move. We had to pull over to get roadside service which put our trip back hours.

joe mReserved Truck was not at location I was told and couldn't find one in the area, forced to take smaller truck. Was asked on original contract to deliver truck to Spokane rather than CDa which added miles that recieving location charged me for. the smaller truck necessitated 2 extra trips from SandPoint, ID to CDA, ID which cost me an extra $100 in fuel for what should have been 1 trip. I expect to hear from someone regarding this rental, charges refunded to my credit card for all extra miles, a credit for $60 for extra fuel and a credit for unused pads.
