The drop off location business was closed. Your app refused to scan their QR code, and when you push the button "Having trouble scanning the bar code" they give you instructions for dropping the keys off and pretty much tell you "Good luck" and then even though I dropped the truck off around 7p, but was schedule to drop it off at 11:30pm, I still got charged for after hours use. I'm assuming because it didn't register my turning in the truck. Given my total experience with your app, I'll probably look into penske or another truck rental company on my next move.

BARTH CI received a call minutes prior to the pick-up time and was told the truck I reserved was not available. I was offered a larger truck however, it would not fit into the storage unit complex. I was given an alternate location far away from which to pick up the original size truck however, the moving blankets, etc., where not carried over to the new location. I was forced to drop off the truck at the inconvenient location and waste more of my time as well. I'll be renting Penske or some other brand of vehicle for any future moving needs.
