The keys for the rental truck I had reserved were in the building with the owner, which meant picking up prior to business open with the self-service program was impossible. Additionally, one of the two dollies I had requested in the reservation wasn't available at all and the one that was available wasn't in the truck. My moving time was pushed back a full 2.5 hours because I could not pick up before the location opened as advertised. Additionally, this location is difficult to manuever in and out of: it has a very small parking lot that is decorated with for-sale furniture from the main business.
