Office personnel were very rude, and gave no information at all. The trucks brakes barely worked. Worst uhaul experience we've had, and we've used uhaul many times over a lot of years.

Tim AThe reservation was for 5pm and when I reserved the truck the location said it closed at 5:30. I got there at 5:07 and the place was closed and no one was around. I called the location and their voicemail even said they were open until 5:30. I spoke to someone from Uhaul who helped me change my reservation to pick up first thing the next morning. I booked this reservation weeks ago and when I got the truck they did not have the dolly or the furniture pads that I had also reserved. Once I got to the truck there was trash in the back that I had to clean out.
Lynsey SThe facility was closed when I dropped the U-Haul off. It was hard to find the drop box. There wasn't any place to leave the truck, so I left it in the driveway outside of the locked gate.
BRANDY LThe truck we were given has very loose steering. The steering had about an inch of free play and the steering wheel was far off center. The steering pulled to the right. This is not safe steering. The transmission shift lever is loose and flops around. When it breaks completely, it leave the driver unable to shift gears. Truck number TT5428D, license plate AE21034-AZ.

Robert CThis location did not want to take my reservation, and told me use the 800 number. I waited on hold for 15 min, I decided to go to the Vista Park location. They took my reservation, but said it was mandatory to have U-Haul insurance plan. Had to change to larger truck, which was done in timely manor. The reservation was for 2pm, went to there office (Vista Park), sign on door that said they were not there and call this number. Called number, waited 20 min, got a returned call. Truck not at this location, said i should have an e-mail, but no e-mail. Stated he had to call his manager to find the truck, at 3:30 pm was told location of the truck. It turned out that the truck was at the original location that I had trouble with (A-Z).

Solomon PA to Z lied and said i didn’t turn in the truck for 2 days when in fact it was turned in 3 hours later.
Marivel EThere was no walk through done. The truck was dirty with garbage in the back and I did not receive the dolly I ordered. And I was charged way more than I should have been.

Trent MSecond screwed up uhaul rental in six months. My credit card was charged twice, leaving me stuck in SLC with no way to pay for a hotel. And the truck was in Kennewick but the car trailer was in Pasco and I had to go get it. My family will never use uhaul again. Between broken down truck in March and this, you need to fix your business plan from the ground up.
richard ton line reservation process took too long. Too many pages of offers for other things. I wanted this location and certain equipment but when I called ahead they did not have the equipment I wanted. I had to make a second call or I would have had to travel many miles away to get the equipment I wanted. Pretty annoying. Not the rental locations fault but rather a problem with on line reservation tool. I do not like it!
Ralph NThe windshield wipers were in awful condition on the truck and made drive by very hard when we hit rain. The truck was also having issues shifting gears and would get to super high RPM before finally shifting. They also didn’t have a dolly or blankets that I reserved.
Madalyn SThe staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, took a very long time to check me in and even let me know where to park, how to drop off etc. They also forgot the dolly and furniture blankets I paid for.
Isaiah EThe van was provided to us without the employee even looking at it. He literally pulled the keys out of the after-hours dropbox before giving them to us. There was something spilled all over the floor, the gas level was MUCH lower than they claimed, and the mileage was not what they listed on the contract. The guys at A-Z are committing intentional fraud. Bunch of criminals.

Nathan MThe trailer had some used and damaged furniture blankets inside. I had to ask the individual who hooked up the trailer if he wanted to check my lights. We checked only turn signals and brake lights. Found out at the return location the running lights were not working. I was using a factory wired outlet on my vehicle and an adapter for the four prong plug. It was not a problem on my end.
Gregory OI picked up my Uhaul and after getting to the location to load my household goods I had to get a step stool and clean the front windshield with windex because it was covered in bug debris. After driving away and on my way to my destination I noticed the dashboard notification that my driver side back tire was low. Due to limited time for my move I decided to wait to check the tire when I stopped for a bathroom break and gas. When I did I saw that the tire was low but since my trip wasn’t but 4-5 hours I decided to keep on going. I tried to get the radio to work. No. It did not, so fortunately my trip wasn’t that long. I drove in silence. The driver side door was also difficult to close. Closing it as you normally would would show in the dashboard notifications that door is ajar When I got to my destination and ready to take the truck back my driver side back tire was dangerously low.

Frank SFix drivers side door lock broken had to use passenger door to get in and out of the truck. The store was good to work with.
