The u-haul was an hour and a half late being ready due to the business having wedding rental equipment that they had to unload but didn't have people there to help. I am still waiting on my 50 dollar refund for the reservation not being ready at the correct time.

Easy quick move
Center WThe lock was stuck and difficult to get open
Tami WWhen returning truck i swept the truck out, replaced gas and only drove about 25 miles. We paid for 40 miles but they tacked on another 49.00 which I believe e i was overcharged. The man there didn't even check the truck. He just parked truck and I was told the truck was aok. I was not told why they overcharged me. Be honest.
Billy HThis was the worst experience with uhaul. It wasn't the location problem. Uhaul corporate swapped me from a 26 to a 20 foot and deleted my number didn't find out until night before. Lost a couple grand in stuff because of time and space. Will never use them again . Plus movers never showed to unload but did refund that . Was told all the 26 foot truck were out and wanted to charge me double the amount and move the date . Will never recommend them or use them . They should have to pay the thing I had to leave behind.
